Adelaide West Uniting Church

This is a regional church for the western suburbs of Adelaide prominently located in Brooklyn Park on Sir Donald Bradman Drive near the Adelaide Airport. It was funded by the closure and sale of four suburban church sites.

The built form reflects a contemporary, functional and practical approach to ecclesiastical architecture. It boldly markets the presence of the Uniting Church in the community. The facilities provide an auditorium for 450, foyer for 150 and adjacent Hall for 250. The spaces can all be visually and physically linked. Associated facilities include a commercial kitchen, administration, amenities, storage and youth space. The church community is alive and vibrant using the facilities seven days a week.
